Publishing great content is straightforward if you let it be. It just takes simple processes with defined roles. Here’s the unconfusing process for your next piece.

Send over a brief, background reading, brand samples, style guides and contacts for any subject-matter experts.

We’ll agree on a rough structure for the content piece, so everyone’s aligned. The outline will likely evolve as the project progresses.

You get a draft to review and run by your stakeholders. It’ll be a GDoc for easy online collaboration and version control.

You confirm what edits are necessary (which may require you to make executive decisions if multiple stakeholders are involved). I make said edits. We’ll agree how many rounds are necessary before we start (but the fewer the better, needless to say).

I’ll work with your designers or digital producers to ensure the final published version is clean and correct.
